Annual Meeting & Board Elections:

The Annual Meeting is on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. and will be held in person at our 290 Retail Center and virtually. Please mark your calendars to save the date. Register to attend online at www.primewayfcu.com. The board election occurs during the annual meeting.

Dolores Hernandez, Director
Ms. Hernandez was employed with AT&T for over 35 years, much of that time as a Property Manager. She was responsible for managing the facility management portfolio, including the AT&T Headquarters facility in Houston. Her volunteer efforts include 34 years with PrimeWay Federal Credit Union, during which she served as a director and on the Loan, Supervisory, and Nominating committees. She served as President of the Milby High School Baseball Parent Organization and assisted with fundraising efforts for the school's first baseball field. She has served on various committees within her church, including the Children's Ministry, Youth Committee, and By-Laws Committee.

Ryan Prillman currently serves on the PrimeWay Federal Credit Union Board of Directors and previously served as Chair of the Supervisory Committee. He has been with the City of Houston for eight years and is committed to public service and community involvement. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Eastern Michigan University. He currently serves as Chairman of the Texas Selective Service Local Board, a bipartisan presidential appointment, and is the Utility Operators Co-Chair for the TAWWA Southeast Chapter. Ryan also serves on the board of the Shady Acres Parents Group, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families and the community.

Mr. Kuhn leads Product Management at Thornberg Investment Management. He is responsible for the product line throughout the lifecycle. Mr. Kuhn has 20 years of experience in the investment industry. A graduate of Baylor University, he holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Environmental Studies. He is a current member of PrimeWay’s Board.

 

Rules for Nomination from the Floor at the Annual Meeting:

  • Nominations cannot be made from the floor unless insufficient nominations have been made by the nominating committee or by petition to provide one nominee for each position to be filled.
  • Only those positions without a nominee are subject to nominations from the floor.
  • The election will be conducted at the Annual Meeting.
  • Irrespective of the number of shares, no member has more than one vote.
