Official Rules and Eligibility

Each month, from October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, ten (10) members will be randomly drawn to have one (1) random debit card charge reimbursed to their associated checking account. Debit card reimbursement will not exceed $2,500. Members may only be selected once per the promotion period. A minimum of ten (10) debit card transactions are required to be entered into the random drawing. Each debit card transaction will count as one (1) entry. Drawing will be held on the first of the month following the end of the previous month. Winners will be notified via telephone and/or email. If winners cannot be reached within five (5) business days, an alternate winner will be selected among qualifying entries at random.

No purchase necessary, membership in the credit union is not required to enter and will not improve your chance of winning. Members and non-members who wish to participate in the promotion without using a debit card must submit a 3 X 5 card with “Your Tap on Our Tab” Promotion, their name, address and phone number to P. O. Box 53088, Houston, TX 77052, Attn: Marketing Department or to any branch office location.

Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified at PrimeWay Federal Credit Union’s sole discretion. Entry forms become the property of PrimeWay Federal Credit Union and may be used for the purposes of marketing the credit union’s products and services. Personal information will not be shared with unaffiliated third parties.

Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received. One prize will be awarded with an estimated retail value of up to $2500. Prize may not be substituted with cash. The winner is entitled to only one prize and will be notified by phone. If the winner cannot be contacted by phone within 5 business days, an alternate winner will be selected at random.

Must be 18 years or older to enter. Volunteers and employees of PrimeWay Federal Credit Union are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited and subject to federal, state, and local laws.

All taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
